What does “unlimited credits” mean?

Unlimited credits mean that you can complete as many CPE credits as you desire, based on credit availability, during the term of your subscription. You can also earn completion certificates for multiple states for no additional charge.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership anytime by visiting the Billing page in your account and turning off auto-recurring billing. Turning off auto-renew does not end your subscription access--it will simply ensure your subscription expires automatically at the end of your subscription term.

You can rejoin auto-recurring billing at any time during your subscription or renew directly from your account.

Note: 2 Year Subscriptions do not auto-renew and must be manually renewed at or before expiration to maintain access.
