Vadim Serebro

Biography

Mr. Serebro is an associate with Kreisberg & Maitland whose practice focuses on criminal defense, false arrest/civil rights suits, civil litigation, and complex commercial litigation. He represents clients in state and federal court, before administrative tribunals, and in agency disciplinary/investigatory proceedings.

Prior to joining Kreisberg & Maitland, Vadim practiced personal injury litigation. He holds a B.A. cum laude from the University at Albany, SUNY in English/Russian, and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in litigation.  While in law school, Vadim interned with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, and the New York County District Attorney’s Office, as well as participating in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP).

Vadim is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York, the Southern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
