Nate Gallon represents companies throughout their growth cycle, from start-ups to large public companies. Nate has extensive experience representing entrepreneurs and private companies on company formation, start-up activities and general corporate matters. A significant portion of Nate’s practice involves representing companies, funds and strategic and corporate investors on debt and equity financing transactions, particularly growth equity investments. Nate also regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions.
Nate also has significant experience counseling public and private companies and their boards of directors on general corporate, corporate governance matters and complex securities law issues. He regularly advises clients on corporate finance and capital raising transactions, including public offerings, private placements and PIPES.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Nate was a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC.
