Michele Richman

Biography

Michele Richman is Lawline’s Chief People Officer and leads the team responsible for hiring, developing, and growing top talent. She has also overseen Lawline’s Finance and Business teams who are accountable for the budgeting and forecasting processes and all in house legal and corporate compliance matters.  Before joining Lawline, Michele worked as an enforcement attorney for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and as a plaintiff-side personal injury attorney.  She earned her JD from American University Washington College of Law and her B.A. from Tufts University. She is also certified in the Frame of Mind Coaching methodology.
