Marc Agnifilo

Biography

Marc Agnifilo, Esq. is Senior Litigation Counsel at the firm of Brafman & Associates located in New York City where he concentrates on complex criminal cases in state and federal courts and internal corporate investigations. Mr. Agnifilo was an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of New Jersey between 1998 and 2006, where he served as Chief of the Violent Crime Unit. He has tried several lengthy RICO cases to verdict, including the trial of Robert Lee, the founder and President of the International Boxing Federation and the trials of several prolific mob figures. He has lectured and written extensively on the Government's use of RICO and other complex criminal statutes. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan D.A.'s office.
