Anna Kadyshevich is an associate in the Litigation Group, where she focuses on copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, art law, and First Amendment matters.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Kadyshevich was a litigation associate with Hogan Lovells US LLP, where she represented clients in matters involving complex commercial litigation, governmental investigations and First Amendment law. Ms. Kadyshevich also spent a year as a Legal Fellow at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts where she focused on intellectual property counseling for artists and arts organizations. In 2011 she was a recipient of the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts S. Jeanne Hall Pro Bono Service Award.
Ms. Kadyshevich has guest-lectured on intellectual property and art law at the School of Visual Arts and Fordham Law School. She is the author of “Jurisdiction and Choice of Law for Online Publishers in Europe," Communications Lawyer, American Bar Association (January 2012). She is also a member of the Media Law Resource Center's Newsgathering Committee. Ms. Kadyshevich is admitted to practice in New York state courts and federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
