During the past nine years, Aaron Ogletree has worked in private practice, handling a variety of legal matters. He is adept at providing clients with flexible strategic solutions to complex situations, litigating cases from start to finish, preparing and reviewing legal documents, developing and organizing legal education trainings, and reviewing points of law to ensure clients’ interests are protected. He has served as a neutral in over eighty matters for the Better Business Bureau and other alternative dispute resolution entities. He has assisted parties from diverse backgrounds in resolving complex disputes ranging from business to real estate matters effectively and efficiently. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales, Michigan, New York, District of Columbia, (non-practicing), Upper Canada, and enrolled in New Zealand.
Aaron is an executive committee member of several sections of the Canadian Bar Association, is a member of both the American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan’s International Law Sections, and from 2013 – 2015, he served as President of the National Conference of Black Lawyers. He was named by Super Lawyers as a 2013, 2014, and 2015 Michigan Rising Star.
